Sulpher Dell Springs is a healthy downtown living experience designed around water. Due to the high amount of flooding in Nashville, our site strategies were designed to protect the city by accommodating large volumes of water. The main amenity adapts an existing ironworks shed to connect the waterfront to a public park space. Utilizing shipping containers as the construction method to create a mixed-use water front. The vision for Sulpher Dell Springs priorities four main objectives: Establishing Connections, Optimizing Healthy Living, Raising Equity, and Designing Resilient Systems.
